Privacy

Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, and the server writes ordinary access logs. Nothing else.

What you send us. Name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and an offer amount if you are making one. We keep it because we need it to answer you and to remember what was agreed if a card changes hands.

What the server records. Your IP address and browser user agent are stored alongside a form submission so we can distinguish a person from an automated flood. Apache also writes standard access logs, which rotate.

What we do not do. No advertising or analytics trackers. No third-party scripts. No cookies for tracking. No selling, renting or sharing your details with anyone, for any price. No newsletter you did not ask for.

How long. Messages are kept while a conversation is open and for as long as a transaction record needs to exist. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a completed sale means we are required to keep the record.

Where it lives. On our own servers in the United States, not in a third-party CRM.

Your rights. Whatever your jurisdiction gives you, exercised the same way: write to us through the contact form and tell us what you want done. We do not require a legal citation to honour a deletion request.

Changes. This page carries a last-updated date. Material changes get a new date and a note.
