Terms

The valuations are opinions. Every price on this site is derived from recorded sales of comparable cards. Comparable is a judgement, sales data is incomplete, and markets move. Nothing here is an appraisal, a guarantee of resale value, or investment advice. Decide for yourself; the comps are shown so that you can.

Listings. A listed price is an invitation to deal, not a binding offer. A card is sold when we both say it is and payment clears. We may withdraw a listing at any time before then.

Condition and grading. Cards described as graded carry the grade assigned by the named grading company, identified by certificate number, which you can verify with that company yourself. We do not re-grade and we do not guarantee that a card would receive the same grade if resubmitted.

Your account of yourself. Do not send us other people's contact details, and do not use the form to send anything you would not want stored.

Scraping. You may read this site. Automated bulk extraction of the catalogue or the valuation data is not permitted.

Liability. We are a small business selling collectibles. Our liability for any claim arising from this site or a sale made through it is limited to what you paid us for the item the claim concerns.

Law. New Jersey law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts sitting in New Jersey hear disputes arising from them.
